The lodge was well-appointed with three double rooms and bathrooms, ideal for our group of friends seeking privacy. However, the aging TV in the living area and uncomfortable beds and couch detracted from the overall experience. Given the prices charged, upgrades in these areas are warranted. The property itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and well-equipped lodges. the location is picturesque, and the convenience of the nearby car ferry enhances the experience. While the stay was enjoyable, the existing shortcomings prevent me from awarding a perfect score. For those seeking a luxury experience, Castle Hotel Lodges may fall short of expectations. However, the value proposition is fair considering the amenities offered.
